At Grace Church Summer Day Camp, your kids will spend the summer having fun and making memories! The days will be packed with games, crafts, activities, local outings (including trips to the Kutztown Pool and Park), daily Bible time, and weekly themes. Our trained and background-checked staff will help to ensure a positive and safe environment for your kids. Camp is available for all kids who are entering kindergarten through sixth grade.

2026 Dates and Times

Summer Day Camp is a 9 week program during summer months, Monday through Friday, at Grace Church Kutztown. There are 3 sessions with the following dates:
Session 1 - June 8-12, 15-19, 22-26. 29-July 2 Session 2 - July 13-17, 20-24 Session 3 - August 3-7, 10-14, 17-21 **Note the schedule is different from previous years. There will be no camp on Friday, July 3rd. Camp hours are from 9am - 4pm. |
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In will begin at 8:30am each day. An adult must sign in each kid in the foyer of the church, entering upon the front doors.
Check-Out begins at 3:45pm. We do require that all kids are picked up no later than 4:30pm. If you need to pick your child up earlier in the day, please notify the staff at check-in so that we will have your child back at the church. We require an adult that is listed on the Authorized Child Pick-Up form to present a photo ID to sign out campers. Please note that if the adult is not listed on the Authorized Child Pick-Up form, we cannot release the camper to them.
Check-Out begins at 3:45pm. We do require that all kids are picked up no later than 4:30pm. If you need to pick your child up earlier in the day, please notify the staff at check-in so that we will have your child back at the church. Cost
$175/week per child.

We offer a discount of 20% for additional siblings.
Because of camp capacity, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required per child per week to lock in your spot.
The deposits will be deducted from weekly balances. Remaining weekly balances are due by the Monday prior to each week of camp. We accept online payments, the link is on the registration page.
If you would like to pay for multiple weeks up front, we are offering discounts. If you pay for all 9 weeks at registration, you will get $140 off. If you pay for 6 weeks at registration, you will get $100 off. If you pay for 3 weeks at registration, you get $75 off.
There will be additional costs for outings. We will be going to the pool 3 days a week, so children should have a Kutztown Pool Pass or bring money each day for the pool.

Extended Hours
We offer extended hours for an additional price of $25-$50 per week. Early drop off begins at 8AM and late pick up ends at 5PM. Early drop off is $25 per week and late pick up is $25 per week, $50 for both.

Bible Time
|
The Bible is one story of God's love for us, told through 66 books. These books are separated into two sections, the Old Testament (OT) and the New Testament (NT).
We will spend a lot of time this summer learning about Jesus's life and what that means for us today. Bible Time is 1 hour each day. It will include games, crafts, and other activities about the characters we learn about and their stories. Some days we will watch the beloved So & So Show or another Bible-based video to engage kids, and some days we may even act out the Bible stories ourselves! |

What to Bring
Snacks will be provided by the camp daily. Lunch will be provided on Fridays ONLY.
Each day, please bring: a packed lunch, water bottle, and sneakers.
On pool days (M, W, F), bring a swimsuit to change into, a towel, sunscreen, and pool pass/money. If you do not have a 2026 Kutztown Pool Pass, the daily fee is $6 for Kutztown residents and $10 per non-residents. If your child is still learning to swim and would like to go in the big pool, they must have floaties.
On park days (Tuesdays), bring sunscreen and sneakers.
On movie days (Thursdays), children can bring a blanket, pillow, and stuffy if they choose.
On certain days we may ask kids to bring in additional items, depending on the weekly theme. Notices will go home with parents in advance for these occasions.
