The retreat sign up has closed for this year. If you have any questions or are interested in seeing if we can add a spot for an attendee, please email [email protected] or [email protected] and we will get back to you.
Retreat Information
If you are a late sign up, all required forms and payment listed below are due at time of sign up.
1. Sign-Up Form
2. RVR Waiver link (When filling out the RVR Waiver you will need to note the arrival and departure date 2/20/26 and 2/22/26 - this should be filled out with the name of your student attending, not for the parent filling it out)
3. Cost per attendee $199 Payment can be turned in to any of the youth leaders or put in McKenzie Eberly's church mailbox. All checks can be made payable to Grace EC Church with "Youth Retreat" AND your student's name in the memo. Cash payments should be in an envelope labeled with your attendees name.
Our retreat this year will be at River Valley Ranch February 20 - 22, 2026. We will be there Friday evening through Sunday morning.
