Mark your calendars, our youth group is heading to Winter Meltdown!!
Our retreat this year will be at River Valley Ranch January 17 - 19, 2025. We will be there Friday evening through Sunday morning. If you are a 6th through 12th grader or you are a parent of one, here's what you need to know:
- The cost of the retreat per attendee is $190. If you are interested but not sure if you can afford it there will be a spot to note that on the sign-up form. We will be in contact regarding what financial aid is available once you have filled out the sign-up form for your student.
- The Sign-Up Form was due by November 17, 2024. The sign up form is no longer available. If the due date has passed and you are interested in a spot, please email [email protected] to see if spots are still available.
- $50 Deposit is due November 17, 2024 to lock in your spot. This deposit will go towards your students total amount due of $190 to attend. If there are no more spots open you will be notified by email and added to a waitlist until we find out if we are able to acquire more spots.
- Full payment is due by December 16, 2024.
- Payment can be turned in to any of the youth leaders or put in McKenzie Eberly's church mailbox. All checks can be made payable to Grace EC Church with "Youth Retreat" AND your student's name in the memo.
