3/28/2017 Jessica Greiss![]() "I love teaching preschool at VBS because I love how innocent and simple their mindsets are. I love the pure joy you see in their eyes when you tell them 'JESUS LOVES YOU.' I love that they are crazy and full of energy to learn about God! I love the preschool age because they're learning the simple basic truths that as adults we tend to forget in daily life. I always walk away at the end of VBS reminded of how loved I am by God and how each and every child there is such a blessing to my life and our church." This summer VBS will be June 19th-23th. It will be a week of music, laughter, moving around, and learning! Our kids are going to learn how we are all uniquely wired and wonderfully made for a purpose - to help, to love, and to shine! We absolutely loved having Jessica Renee Greiss lead the preschool in last summer's VBS. Jess brought so much positive energy and shared so much of God's love to the preschoolers and every volunteer!! We are already counting down the days until this year's VBS! If you want to volunteer this summer simply contact our office! email: office@gracekutztown.org 3/21/2017 Joe Reighn![]() "Serving as an Elder allows me to care for the people of Grace in a more official way, extending Pastoral Care to address physical and spiritual needs. As an Elder, I am also charged with helping to discern God's plans for Grace Church and to help us to move toward them. As the body and number of ministries grow here at Grace, the Elders play a critical role in looking at the big picture to better understand how our various efforts work together to glorify God." This is Joe Reighn who is part of our Elder Team at Grace Church. Our Elders are responsible for the spiritual needs and growth of Grace Church. We appreciate them and their leadership! Next time you see Joe, be sure to thank him for his leadership and care in our church! 3/14/2017 Larry and Jenna Rentschler![]() "Married people group is a way of performing maintenance on our marriage by applying practical ways and activities to help us grow and strengthen it. Marriage is God's design, and without him in it, it is destined to fail! Being a part of the married people group definitely made our marriage grow and change for the better! We feel like newlyweds all over again." Larry and Jenna Rentschler have been actively participating in our Married People events and we are so thrilled to be able to share the positive difference it has made in their marriage! We love hearing how God's love for us strengthens our love for others! We will continue praying for Jenna and Larry's relationship, along with the relationship's of all our other married people. Our next Married People event is our Big Night Out on April 22nd at 7pm in the Fellowship Hall. $10 a couple. Childcare is provided. Once again, we’re offering FREE admission for any couple who has not been to a Married People event before! Invite your friends! 3/7/2017 Ryan Westerbaan![]() "Grace Church presents an atmosphere, unlike most other ministries. The very first Sunday I was in attendance I immediately felt an immense sense of family that was to a level I had never experienced in any other ministry. This grasped my attention and kept me coming, desiring to experience this more. Having desired to experience more has led to growth that has not ceased since first coming to Grace. Growth unlike any other! And as if the growth and the sense of a family was not enough, the fact that the leadership and church family will drop everything to help you is huge! However, not only will they drop everything and truly pray for and with you but they will remember all the details from what it was you needed advice or prayer over. That speaks volumes!" This is Ryan Westerbaan, one of our Kutztown University students. We are so happy to know that Ryan has found a home in our community and is still finding growth in connecting with Grace Church. Join us in praying for Ryan, and our other college students, as they continue to plug in. |
